Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Although Haloid LLC tries to provide the best possible services, we do understand many possible circumstances where a refund would be claimed.

2. Coverage

This refund policy is only applicable for refunds issued by Haloid LLC for the services we provide. This refund policy does not cover any policy or people that Haloid LLC don’t own, control, or employ including third party-service or product providers.

3. Refundable Services

Refunds are only acceptable for services that haven’t started yet, Or totally different from what you ordered. All the payments that are made for license, Third-party services and subscription aren’t refundable.

a) Fixed Price 

Projects that are under the agreement of a fixed cost are refundable after a detailed overview of the project and its milestones.

  1. The client and Haloid LLC both will review the work done and the milestones of the project.
  2. Both parties will overview the delivery time of the tasks of the project.
  3. If, After review, It shows that the work is less than the payment, Then the remaining amount will be refunded. 

b) Hourly

Projects that are under hourly agreement may be eligible for a refund, After termination, And if the company didn’t provide the key project outputs, Or achieve the milestones. The situation would be reviewed by both parties and after consideration a decision will be taken. Haloid Tech reserves full right to decline a false refund claim.

3. Filing a Complaint

Haloid LLC approaches every project with commitment and try to deliver the best possible services, And fulfill clients requirements, And solve any issues related to our services. 

Our primary goal is to reach an agreement that would be best for both parties. But if you think there isn’t any other option left, Then you can contact us [email protected] for a final discussion before a refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

To request a refund you have to contact us by email. And once the refund is approved then the customer has to provide original slips and they will get the edited services within 7 days ideally not included payment gateways processing time.

5. Refund Exceptions

In some cases, partial credits or refund would be approved, But we reserve the full rights of it.

6. Conclusion

Haloid LLC aims to provide high-quality services as per the client’s requirement with commitment. And It is our responsibility to maintain transparency, Integrity and confidentiality of all customer interactions including billing details etc. These refund policies aim to provide mutual benefit to both parties.
